Luke went to his four month check-up Friday. He is 17.75 pounds (95th percentile), 26 in. (75th percentile) and 95th percentile for his head size. We got an assortment of creams and other tricks to hopefully clear up his eczema. I believe it's making him quite miserable and affecting his ability to sleep. He typically only sleeps eight to ten hours a day and no longer than two hours at a time. But, the past two nights have been better.
We started him on cereal last week but I don't think he swallows much if any.
Luke loves to coo and sing and will return a smile to anyone who smiles at him. He started reaching and holding onto things, which presents a new problem of Alex stealing his toys.
He will roll to his side, but still is not quite rolling over yet. Just the past few days he has fell asleep in his bed with a little help from mom, the first steps of falling asleep on his own. So much energy will be saved when he does not have to be bounced to sleep.
We took this video today. It is an activity in the preschool program that I am using with Alex. I have learned that if I keep his mind busy he is a lot better behaved. His answers are hilarious.
We visited my Grandma Porter today. She recently had back surgery and my mom and siblings were helping her around the house. Alex jumped in to help too.
