A Visit with Thomas!
Very excited to see Thomas!
Excited to ride Thomas!
Watching the conductor saying "All Aboard"
Is this thing actually going to move or are we just going to pretend?
Where's Thomas?
There he is!
Bye Thomas!
Checking out the turn table and the round house, very cool
Whoa, I have not seen a car like that...
We went to the machine shop for a bit and watched someone make a candle stick. We also admired the very large drill bit.
Kris really wanted to go to the museum, so we did to look at more trains and planes
pretending to be a wing walker
The boys had a really good time and did not want to leave even though their feet would no longer carry them. Luke passed out quickly in the car. When he woke when we were home, he was quickly upset that we were no longer there. Well luckily we have a membership so we can go back soon, but minus Thomas.

The Tooth Fairy Has Come!
Wow, this is a tough milestone. Don't old kids loose their teeth? My child isn't that old is he? Oh, I will probably be saying this forever.
Yes, that is what the tooth fairy brought him. Dad tooth fairy is very generous. Then when there was a trip to the store (the very same day) to cash in the earnings for a lego set it turned into $20. Hmm, I think dad just really likes legos. Basically became a reason to buy a new lego set.
We were talking about the how the tooth fairy system works last night after the tooth fell out. Luke snickered and said "Ha, that's just mommy and daddy". Oh boy, no fooling that kid. Then after that he told me Santa and Easter bunny were just mommy and daddy too. No, Alex was not the one to tell him this and he does not go to school. He's just a bit too smart for his own pants. Alex still goes for the story.
Another funny story about Luke...He has been toilet trained since he was 2 1/2. He caught on completely in about 2 weeks. Well, seven months later, he decided that going in underwear is easier or more interesting or something. So, we back to rewards for keeping pants dry. Anyway, he told our sitter yesterday "You can laugh at me all you want, but I'm still going in my pants." (Our sitter was not laughing, well maybe after he said that.) But, seriously where does he get these things from when he doesn't even go to school yet?

Warmer Weather = Lots of Time at the Park
Our park visit two Mondays ago. It is always so peaceful at the park on a Monday afternoon. We had the park to ourselves except for some senior citizens getting their after lunch walk in.

Luke's Birthday
Luke's birthday was on a Friday. Our sitter decorated with streamers and balloons while he was napping and e had a little party with the four of us that evening. Luke really wanted to go out to dinner for his birthday, just like we did for Alex's birthday. So, we did and the boys greatly enjoyed their cheeseburgers and fries. We came to open presents and have cake.
